There is another shogi boardlive today. It's the game between Nagase Takuya(4-dan) and Sato Yasumitsu(9-dan) of the 24th Ryuo-sen challenger deciding tourney. Nagase is born in 1992 and became a professional player since 2009. However, his performance in this fiscal year before this game is 14-2. He is thought to be one of the most promising teen players. As a result of Furigoma, Nagase became Sente. The game started at 10:00am at JSA building at Sendagaya, Tokyo. Since the allotted thinking time per player is five hours, I think the game will end around 10:00pm(JST).
Here is the official site of the 24th Ryuo-sen. A chat environment with watching a slightly deferred board is ready at 81Dojo.
Hi Takodori.
Your front page is redirecting to the Shogi Webring for some reason, so people can't read your blog (at least not easily).
Cheers
