A polish player tied with Shanghai boy who passed Shoreikai exam. on PlayOK

It appears that the Shanghai boy has been playing shogi games on PlayOK and a Polish player tied with him in 2-2 so far today. This is according to the thread of 81-Square Universe.

Like Shigure said, we played 4 games. Before playing he asked if I want to help in his training for shorekai exam. Of course I agreed and we ended 2:2.
To be honest I wasn't believing that he wants to pass it

Now i'm very jealous of him lol

I think this indicated the top level of European players is equivalent to the level to pass Shoreikai examination.

Is oneeye a known "real life" player?
If yes, I would like to know his FESA ELO rating. Could be indeed a good evaluation of European level.

I understand she is Styczynska Karolina in Poland. As she is improving her skill rapidly, the progress of her FESA ELO rating hasn't follow her evolution very well. Not limited to her, what I observed recently is the top level of European players who appear on PlaOK and 81-Dojo progressed a lot.
