Thank you very much!
It's quite clear now that white has to push the pawn. However, I wonder about the following now: if Black exchanges the bishops, like for example 1. 7f 2. 3d 3. Bx2b and then plays on like in the normal kakugawari, he could keep his pawn back and still attack first, no? But then , white could play something else like 4. Sx2b 5. S8h 6. B*65, I guess... Sorry if I sould confused, but sometimes I am :)

ps: now that I read through it, I realize in my proposed variation, white could of course ALSO keep his rook pawn back :) As I say, confusion reigns, but by writing it down a little bit of it seems to disappear... it's like shogi-therapy!
