According to "What is New" of the BrainKing.com, Russian localization has been done there. If you go to the top page of Brainking.com and click the Russian flag on the upper right corner, then you will alter it in Russian. I hope this will encourage more Russian speaking people to come to that site. It has added Shogi(Japanese chess) to their wide variety of game line since this August.
