Some friends and I are thinking of going to the Shogi Festival this weekend but have not registered to participate. Is it still possible for us to watch games and is there any event we could participate in? We are foreigners.

It's possible to watch the games of the foreign visitors(free of charge) at the venue. I don't know if there is some events you can participate. Please ask JSA for further inquiry.
