Congratulation on your victory against Milly, AoiFurisode. HeShe uploaded a video of playing Shotest Shogi on YouTube.
Alas another practice match to test my skills. This time I did my best not to do matta and try to do my best to do some good Shogi. Milly opening with 8d Pawn basically allows me to do Yagura but I initially ignored that and pushed my right silver to gain some ground, then I built Yagura. One thing I did that I need to do often is to always send my pieces with some support so if White decided to take a piece, I can always counterattack.
Ok, the graphics of this game is cool.
I've never seen such a "3D" shogi game before.
I hope other Japanese softwares (gekisashi, etc.) adopt this idea, too.

When I checked my RSS feeds, I was really amazed that my videos would be mentioned elsewhere lol. Original idea is to keep an archive of my plays since Shotest Shogi cannot save Kifu. I am still such a newbie at Shogi and hope I can get better. ^^b
Btw, I am a she, not a he. Women play Shogi too. :)
